Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order as it will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take extra care when packaging our products to avoid any damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify unless the product itself is affected.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact.lunaise@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you're eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, LUNAISE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. LUNAISE is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If the shipping address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
